We email a one-time link and a code (6–8 digits). If the link brings you back to Sign in, use the code — desktop mail often opens a different browser than the one that requested the link.

Have a code?

Most reliable on desktop and phone: enter the one-time code from the email (usually 6 or 8 digits). Works even when the link opens the wrong browser.
